Terms of Service

Composia ("we," "us," "our") provides an AI-powered image editing and composition tool accessible at composia.art. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Composia.

You sign in via Google OAuth through our authentication provider (Supabase). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You provide images and instructions. Composia uses third-party AI models (including but not limited to fal.ai-hosted models) to generate edited or composed images based on your input. Generations consume tokens from your account balance.

You agree not to use Composia to:

• Upload or generate images of real, identifiable people without their consent
• Create content involving public figures or celebrities without authorization
• Generate sexual, exploitative, or abusive content involving minors — strictly prohibited
• Create deepfakes intended to deceive, defame, or harass
• Upload copyrighted material you don't have rights to use
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload our systems

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant Composia a limited license to process that image through our AI pipeline solely to generate your requested output. We do not use your uploaded images to train AI models.

Tokens are purchased through Paddle.com, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and payment compliance on our behalf. See our Refund Policy for details on token purchases.

Composia is provided "as is." AI generation quality and availability may vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Composia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including unused token balances, without refund, in cases of policy violation.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
